Our Story at

Ceylon Exchange Mentoring

What began as a passion project soon evolved into a thriving business. Over five years ago, while still in school, Kavindu and Rahul founded Ceylon Exchange Mentoring (CEM) after recognizing a clear gap in financial education in Sri Lanka. Their mission was simple: make financial knowledge more accessible to those eager to learn about investing and personal finance.

As interest grew, so did the community of students joining CEM. This early success attracted the support of ACP Investments Pvt Ltd, a leading private equity firm in Sri Lanka, enabling the company to expand and launch multiple business divisions.

Today, CEM has grown into an organization with over 50 full-time professionals. While serving clients across various industries, its core expertise remains rooted in the finance sector. At its heart, CEM continues to pursue the same vision it started with Bridging The Financial Literacy Gap in Sri Lanka.
