According to the latest press release by the Ministry of Health, full vaccinated tourists and locals having an exit negative PCR test from the point of embarkation will no longer need to submit for PCR test upon arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) 

The new guidelines apply to tourists and locals who arrive in Sri Lanka 14 days after being fully vaccinated.
