A circular released by the Head of Listing of the Colombo Stock Exchange Mrs  Viduni Dulluwe confirms that the CSE has granted approval to the application  submitted by ‘Chrissworld Limited’ for the listing of ordinary voting shares in the  empower board of the CSE. This is to be regarded as a historical moment as this  is the first instance such a listing is to take place. 

The circular further noted that the 27th of April, 2021 will mark the opening date  of the subscription list in which total no. of ordinary voting shares to be offered  is numbered at 7.5 million and the price per share is valued at LKR 7.5/=
